The crew that showed up to reshingle the roof failed to listen prior to starting and when they sent a guy back to do the repairs he went on the roof without even letting me know he was here after I went up I found he was tearing out the wrong thing on the wrong side of the house which if he had spoken to me first could have been prevented in addition it's been maybe a month and I am already missing a shingle. I get call backs from the office when I call but they are terrible about follow up and preemptive communication and I can't say I am impressed with the quality of work and have yet to receive a final invoice to even know what they have now charged for.
